Ingredients

2 radishes, sliced
2 scallions, sliced
1 1/2 cups arugula
2 cups baby romaine lettuce
1 hard-boiled egg, quartered
1/3 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
