Ingredients

3/4 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
1/3 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded and peeled
3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened (soy milk as an alternate)
3 cups spinach
1 pea protein* (soy or rice protein as an alternate)

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
