Fudgy Chocolate Avocado Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups all purpose flour (can use white whole wheat if desired)
6 Tbsp. Truvia Baking Blend
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded, peeled and mashed well
5 1/3 oz. Greek yogurt (1 container) fat-free, plain
1 cup milk fat-free
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional) for topping if desired

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
