Garlic Rubbed California Avocado Toast

1 raw garlic clove cut in half
1 slice of sourdough bread toasted
2 thin slices of tomatoes
1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded, peeled and cubed
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt
3 fresh basil leaves optional

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
