Green California Smoothie

1 cup lightly sweetened aloe water or chilled green tea
1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup baby spinach (packed), and/or baby kale
1/2 cup sliced banana frozen*
1 cup diced pineapple frozen*


1 Tbsp. protein powder optional
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
