Ingredients

1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded and peeled
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup minced fresh herbs (such as basil, dill, chives, tarragon*)
1 tsp. lime juice, or more to taste
1 1/2 lb. 80/20 lean ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. steak seasoning
4 brioche burger buns or your prefered bun choice
4 green leaf lettuce leaves
1 large, ripe tomato, cut into 8 slices

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
