Greens and Grains Superfood Smoothie

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
1/4 cup raw oats (choose certified gluten free oats if you need to)
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded, peeled, and cut into quarters
1 kiwi ripe, peeled
1 cup green grapes
4 ice cubes

agave syrup

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
