 Grilled Avocado with Tiger Prawns

Grilled avocado with tiger prawns in sweet chili sauce

Ingredients

Serves: 1
  California avocado
  A few tiger prawns
Tbsp.  feta cheese
  bunch of cilantro
  diced green onion
  As needed  1-2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  As needed  Salt and pepper to taste
  As needed  Cajun Seasoning to taste
  As needed  Extra virgin olive oil

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados

Instructions

Cut avocados in half, brush with oil and put s/p on it, heat grill, while grill is heating clean shrimp, after shrimp is clean out avocados on grill for about 2-3 min then move 180 degrees then cook for 2 min (diamond marks should be on avocado), when done, sauté shrimp in oil with tony chacares seasoning for about 5-6 min, when done scoop a little avocado out so the shrimp can fit in and then add cheese, green onion and pour sweet chili sauce on it and top with cilantro then enjoy. -Tim jensen
