Grilled California Avocado and Fig Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

16 oz. pre-made pizza dough
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded, peeled, sliced
1/4 cup crème fraiche or sour cream
1 cup arugula
3 ripe figs sliced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp. salt to taste
1/8 tsp. pepper to taste

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
