Ingredients

1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced into thick slices
2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon or lime juice
2 tsp. olive oil
2 medium vine-ripened tomatoes
1 serrano chile pepper, or more to taste
1/4 cup minced white onion
1/2 tsp. sea salt, or to taste

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
