Grilled California Avocado with Peanut Salsa Macha

Ingredients


Salsa Macha (Yield: 1 ½ cups)

1/4 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup fresh ginger plus 1 Tbsp.
2 garlic cloves
2 pasilla chiles stemmed and seeded
2 guajillo chiles stemmed and seeded
1/3 cup roasted peanuts
1/3 cup fish sauce
2/3 cup sesame oil
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. lime juice
1 green onion chopped

Grilled Avocado

12 Fresh California Avocados whole
6 Tbsp. sunflower oil
1 Tbsp. za’atar seasoning

Salt and pepper

12 pieces naan
6 cups kale torn and stemmed
6 cups mache or butter lettuce
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
