2 Fresh California Avocado*, peeled and seeded
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped mango
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. minced habaƱero pepper
As needed Salt to taste
1 tsp. chopped chile de arbol
5 candied walnut halves
2/7 cup pomegranate seeds

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
