Ingredients

4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados seeded and peeled
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice to taste
4 tsp. nutritional yeast flakes plus more for garnish
2 tsp. finely minced white onion
2 tsp. finely minced jalapeƱo seeded and ribs removed to taste
2 tsp. finely chopped cilantro plus more for garnish
1 tsp. salt to taste
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
