1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded, peeled and divided
sea salt to taste optional
2 slices crusty sourdough bread or bread/roll of choice, toasted
1 small tomato seeded and sliced
Fresh cracked pepper to taste optional
1 oz. deli ham or prosciutto
2 oz. ball fresh Mozzarella cheese sliced
