4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced
2 cloves Melissa's Peeled Garlic, minced
2 shallots, minced
2 Roma Tomatoes, ends trimmed; diced
2 limes, juiced
2 tsp. Melissa's "Don Enrique" Hot Hatch Chile Powder

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
