Korean Guacamole

Ingredients

4 Fresh California Avocados peeled, seeded and mashed
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbsp. green onions minced
1 tsp. gochuchan chile paste or to taste
2 tsp. Korean red pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp. sea salt or to taste
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds toasted if preferred
1/4 cup kimchi chopped, optional

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
