Light Avocado Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded and peeled
1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain, nonfat
2 anchovy fillets
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup tarragon leaves
1/4 cup parsley chopped
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. agave nectar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. hot sauce

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
