Mezcal Margarita with California Avocado

2 oz. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice (I used a ruby red grapefruit)
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz. reposado tequila
1/2 oz. mezcal
1/4 oz. absinthe
2 Tbsp. agave nectar
1/4 cup ripe, Fresh California Avocado
As needed ice
As needed Maldon Sea Salt
10 fresh tarragon leaves

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
