2 Fresh California Avocado
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Serrano Peppers
1/2 Baguette
2 oz. olive oil
1/15 tsp. kosher salt
1/15 tsp. black pepper
6 Shrimp (Poached)
1 Roma Tomato (Sliced)
2 Strips of Bacon

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
