Nachos with California Avocado Big Game Guacamole

Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 party sized bag of nacho cheese flavored corn chips

Ground Beef

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 15oz. can of black beans, drained

Pico De Gallo

1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 cup Finely chopped cilantro
1/2 lime, juice only

Cheese Sauce

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped (jarred or fresh)

California Avocado Simple Guacamole

2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled, seeded and mashed lightly
1/2 lime, juice only
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, diced
As needed Salt to taste

Toppings

1/4 cup black olives
2 jalapenos
1/2 cup sour cream
