Oat Milk and California Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredients

3 cups unsweented non-dairy milk, such as oat, avocado or soy divided
1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and cubed
4/5 cup pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. fine sea salt

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
