O’Hara Family Guacamole

Ingredients

2 ears of corn
4 ripe Fresh California Avocados, peeled and seeded
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 jalapeño, with seeds removed
1/2 bunch cilantro, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Hot sauce, to taste (optional)
1/2 lime or lemon, juiced

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
