2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados seeded and peeled
1 cup baby spinach packed
1 1/4 cups fat-free evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne or more to taste
1 lb. linguine or other pasta

Parmesan


Cracked black pepper
