Quick and Easy Guacamole

4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados*, peeled and seeded
1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice, or more to taste
1 jalapeƱo or serrano pepper, stemmed, seeded** and minced, or more to taste
1/8 tsp. Sea salt (or salt to taste)
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
