1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, halved, peeled and seeded*
2 tsp. lemon juice, fresh, or more to taste
1 tsp. olive oil
1/3 cup quinoa, cooked, warm
1/4 tsp. lemon zest

Basil


Sea salt

4 grape tomatoes, small, halved

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
