2 salmon filets
1 tsp. salt divided, to taste
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lemon juiced
1 bundle broccolini
2 clove garlic minced
2 Tbsp. water
2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados seeded, peeled, cubed
1/2 cup red onion chopped
1 cup grape tomatoes chopped
1 lime juiced
1 tsp. garlic powder

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
