1 Tbsp. bell peppers red, green and/or yellow, chopped
1 tsp. onion red or green, minced
1 egg beaten
1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado large, seeded*

Sea salt


Fresh ground black pepper

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
