 Simply Summer Avocado Salad

A savory yet quick and tasty recipe you can throw together as a side with dinner.

Ingredients

Serves: 6
  2 avocados, halved, then chopped into bite size pieces
  large ripe tomato, diced
1/3  cup  fresh basil, finely chopped
  2T olive oil
  2T balsamic vinegar

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados

Instructions

Toss all ingredients together. Enjoy! The ingredients are flexible. Avocado goes well with whatever is on hand. Add a pinch of lime, salt or cilantro if you prefer.
