Smoked Salmon Breakfast Charcuterie Board featuring California Avocados

Ingredients

4 eggs
1/4 cup capers
3/4 cup cream cheese (flavor to your preference)
4 bagels, sliced in half (everything, plain, sesame etc.)
12 oz. smoked salmon pre-sliced
1 heirloom tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion thinly sliced
1 English cucumber thinly sliced
1 small lemon thinly sliced
5 radishes thinly sliced
2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados seeded, peeled and quartered
1 cup micro greens
3 sprigs fresh dill for garnish

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
