Spicy/Sweet California Avocado Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen mango*
1/4 ripe, Fresh California Avocado**, seeded, peeled and cut into quarters
1 large orange, zested and peeled
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup water, unsweetened almond milk, or coconut water
1 pinch cayenne (optional)
1 Tbsp. honey or coconut nectar (optional)

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
