1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados seeded, peeled and sliced into thick slices

Creamy California Avocado Jalapeno Sauce

1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados seeded, peeled and cubed
1 jalapeño sliced
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cilantro leaves
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 lime juiced
1/4 cup water

2 (8 oz) New York strip steaks at room temperature
2 tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 sprigs fresh rosemary (or thyme)
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
