Strawberry Banana Avocado Smoothie

1 cup coconut water or more to preference
1 cup hulled and sliced strawberries frozen
1 cup banana slices frozen
1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded, peeled and cubed
as needed sweetener such as honey, maple, agave or sugar-free syrup optional
1 oz. non-diary protein powder optional

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
