Sweet and Savory Patriotic Avocado Salad

For the dressing
1 large strawberry hulled
4 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 tsp. stevia (or erythritol - equivalent of 2 tsp. sugar)*
1/8 tsp. salt

For the salad

8 cups (lightly packed) baby mixed greens
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded, peeled and diced
1/3 cup blue cheese crumbled
1 cup hulled and sliced strawberries (about 6 medium)
1 cup blackberries (sliced in half if they're large)

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
