Tangy Mediterranean Guacamole

4 large or 6 small California avocados
2 T plain yogurt
3 T sliced pepperoncini peppers + 1/4 c brine from the jar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/3 cup sliced oil-pack sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup goat cheese crumbles

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
