Thanksgiving Guacamole

Ingredients

1/3 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
4 ripe, Fresh California Avocados*, peeled and seeded
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon lime juice
1 Serrano chiles, stemmed, seeded and minced
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 dash nutmeg
1/3 cup French fried onions

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
