 The Skinny P.H.A.T. Salad

Pumpkin seed, Hemp seed, Avocado & Tomato.

Ingredients

Serves: 2
  lemon juice, dijon, honey, salt, and pepper
  avocado, tomato, pumpkin seeds & hemp seeds and vinaigrette

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, dijon, honey, salt, and pepper. Slowly pour in the olive oil, whisking constantly. Place the avocado, tomato, pumpkin seeds & hemp seeds in a large bowl. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss lightly. Taste for seasonings and serve immediately.
