Ingredients

1 (100 g) pouch frozen acai berries
1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded and peeled
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup blackberries
2 dates pitted
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. hemp seeds
1/2 cup Greek yogurt divided
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1 tsp. bee pollen optional

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
