Ingredients

1 banana ripe, peeled and diced
1 mango medium, peeled, seeded and diced
2 kiwi peeled and diced
1 cup Greek yogurt vanilla, non-fat
1/2 cup pineapple diced
1/2 cup strawberry diced (optional)
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded, peeled and diced
1/4 cup coconut flakes toasted (optional)

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
