1 cup coconut water
1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado
2 cups chopped or sliced mixed tropical fruits frozen* (such as sliced banana or diced pineapple)


1 Tbsp. chia seeds optional
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper optional

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
