Ingredients

1 1/2 ripe, Fresh California Avocado peeled, seeded and mashed
1 clove garlic minced
2 green onions chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 lb. protein burger
4 whole wheat buns
4 tsp. ketchup optional
4 tsp. mustard optional
1/8 red onion thinly sliced

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
