Weeknight Guacamole

1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado seeded and peeled
1/8 tsp. sea salt, seasoned salt or onion salt or to taste
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 small tomato seeded and diced, optional
1 Tbsp. minced chives and/or cliantro optional

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
