White Chocolate California Avocado Mousse

1/2 cup white chocolate chips
10 Tbsp. Sweetened condensed milk
6 Tbsp. boiling hot water
1 1/2 ripe Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded and halved
2 cups cream
1 cup crème fraiche*

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
