Ingredients

2 limes
2 tsp. avocado oil
2 tsp. honey
3 Tbsp. scallions minced
1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado peeled and seeded
1 cup white beans canned, drained and rinsed
4 Tbsp. cilantro packed
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 cup water

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
