12    pieces chicken breasts, boneless
cup  teriyaki sauce
12    toasted onion rolls
1 1/2  cups  mayonnaise
12    leaves green leafy lettuce
  California Avocados, seeded, peeled and sliced
12    pineapple slices

As with all fruits and vegetables, wash avocados before cutting. Check out our tips for how to choose and use California Avocados


  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in the teriyaki sauce for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Grill the chicken breasts until done.
  3. Slice rolls in half. Spread rolls with mayonnaise.
  4. Place lettuce leaf on bun half. Top with the grilled chicken breast.
  5. Place California Avocado slices on top of the grilled chicken.
  6. Garnish with pineapple slice.
