Fresh California Avocados and sweet ripe bananas are easy to mash together for homemade baby food.

1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado, peeled and seeded 1 ripe banana
  1. Mash avocado with a fork.
  2. Peel and mash banana.
  3. Place mashed fruits in a blender or food processor and puree until desired texture is achieved. Avocados and bananas do not need to be cooked.

Note: adjust the recipe amount based on your baby’s age and appetite.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
