Chef E Dubble

Edwin Charles Redway, known to most as “Chef E Dubble” is widely known by celebrities, as his mouth-watering cuisines have landed him on TMZ, Global Grind, Revolt and a host of other major media outlets and publications. Redway has served as the Executive Chef of Life Restaurant and was a featured chef at the world famous Laugh Factory and Hollywood hotspot, Café Entourage. Redway studied at Le Cordon Bleu in London, England and donates his time and talents to various non-profit organizations in his quest to “Change the World, One Taste Bud at a Time.” With roots in Jamaican and Antiguan culture, Redway has made it his mission to implement the known, “sweet and spice” elements to his personal style of Cali-Caribbean Cuisine.
