For the Dressing 1 cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. white balsamic vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. milk, add more to thin dressing For the Pasta Salad 1 lb. Ditalini pasta, uncooked 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cup cucumber, sliced and quartered 12 oz. marinated Mozzarella Balls, (1 container), drained 2 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded, peeled and diced 2 Tbsp. fresh basil leaves, ribboned 1 Tbsp. balsamic glaze

For the Dressing

  1. Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until smooth. Add more milk to thin dressing if desired.

For the Pasta Salad

  1. Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with chilly water until the pasta has cooled. Place the drained pasta in a large bowl. Add the dressing and stir to combine.
  2. Add in the tomatoes, cucumbers, mozzarella balls, avocado and fresh basil. Gently fold to combine.
  3. Drizzle the top with the balsamic glaze if desired and season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled. Enjoy.

Serving Suggestion: Serve this with your favorite BBQ or any summer meal, accompanied with watermelon or popsicles!

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
