As a parent, you want to ensure your baby eats the freshest and most nutritious food possible. When you make your own baby food with Fresh California Avocados, you can alter the texture exactly to your little one’s liking.

1 ripe, Fresh California Avocado
  1. Peel and seed the avocado
  2. Mash the avocado fruit with a fork until creamy and smooth. If desired, use a blender or food processor to make homemade baby food and add formula, juice or cooking water to thin out to an easy-to-swallow avocado puree.

Note: adjust the recipe amount based on your baby’s age and appetite.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
