2012 California Avocado “All American Recipe Contest” Grand Prize Winner! This salad is a wonderful side for an outdoor dinner party made delicious with California Avocados.
Serves: 1
Toss feta, tomatoes, blueberries, and olives with mixed greens. Top with sliced California Avocados. Drizzle balsamic on top of salad.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
