Made with fresh key limes and California Avocado and topped with white chocolate and crushed graham crackers, these pops have a delicious sweet-tart flavor, creamy texture and yummy goodness. Nutritionally, they are low in sodium, while providing a good source of protein, vitamin C, E and potassium, along with an excellent source of fiber (25% DV).

|1/2||cup||plain whole milk yogurt|
|3||key limes, zested & juiced|
|1/2||cup||simple syrup or maple syrup|
|4||oz.||white chocolate, melted|

- Blend all pops ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into an 8-serving pops mold. Freeze overnight or at least 6 hours.
- Dip each pop into the melted white chocolate. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top. Enjoy.
Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
