If you like key lime pie, you are going to love these frozen key lime pops. Made with fresh key limes and California Avocado and topped with white chocolate and crushed graham crackers, these pops have a delicious sweet-tart flavor, creamy texture and yummy goodness. Nutritionally, they are low in sodium, while providing a good source of protein, vitamin C, E and potassium, along with an excellent source of fiber (25% DV).

3 ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded and peeled 1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt 3 key limes, zested & juiced 1/2 cup simple syrup or maple syrup 1/8 tsp. sea salt Toppings 4 oz. white chocolate, melted 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  1. Blend all pops ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into an 8-serving pops mold. Freeze overnight or at least 6 hours.
  3. Dip each pop into the melted white chocolate. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top. Enjoy.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
